This machine tool is an automatically controlled certical CNC lathe developed on teh basis of collectiong successful experience of developing vertical CNC lathe for several decades, and combining world advanced technology. It adopts CAD and modular design method. It can meet the demands of machining medium-sized disc parts of automobile trade and other trades. Spindle structure design adopts high rigidity, high precision. The bearing adopts precise double-row short sylindrical roller beaning and pre-loaded super precise angle contact ball bearing assembly, which supports larger radial and axial force. Adopting special technology, make it have high rotary accruacy, low temperature rise and small heat distortion.
The spindle head adopts hang symmetrical struture and is separated from base, making the following very easy: setting up and maintenance, meanwhile reducing influence of heat distortion to the machine tool precision.
The layout of X and Z adopts that, Z-axis is on X-axis. The motion part weight on Z-axis(vertical motion axis) is light, and motion nertia is small, So the motion is smooth and steady.
Ball screw of X/Z axis adopts precision angle contact ball bearing and pre-extruding structure. So it has good rigidity, high accuracy and low heat distortion.
Guideway pair of X/Z-axis adopts linear sliding bearing, increase its wear-reslstance degree, reduces its rub coefficient, increase rapid speed and accuracy holding.
The tool turret adopts 8 positions electric indexing, clamping adopts end tooth plate opsitioning mechanism. The positioning tooth plate is made by secial technology and advanced device, also made by user’s demand. Intexing time 0.7”.
