This machine adopts horizontal and high rigidity integral cast iron bed with 45°slant. It is fit for high speed heavy duty cutting. It has excellent durability and permanent high accuracy. The spindle has high accuracy and high rigidity, which can realize step-less speed regulating and constant speed cutting. It starts and stops promptly. All lub. positions are quantitatively lubricated by circulating oil from a separate lub. system, thus keeping a low temperature rise and small heat deformation.
