The spindle box adopt square ram. The Z-axis is four-face closed encircling sliding guide way. The guide way is cast iron bonding Turcite-B with better vibration damping to afford steady machining. It is especially suitable for spindle extension to make heavy milling, boring large holes and five-face machining with angular head.
The inserted steel guideway realize anti-bending and anti-torsion of beam. The spindle saddle moving parts have guide way unload mechanism to reduce the sliding friction and benefit to increase the positioning accuracy.
The worktable (X-axis) adopted import linear roller guide way with heavy load capacity features low dynamic-static friction, high sensitivity, low high speed vibration, no creep at low speed, high positioning accuracy, optimized servo-drive capability, large carrying capacity, better anti-vibration machining, high accuracy, good accuracy stability and long service time.
The bed, column, crossrail, spindle saddle and spindle box of the machine are adopted cast iron formed resin bonded sand process and reasonable layout of ribs to provide good stiffness and steadiness.
The main motion of the machine adopts AC main servomotor with wide speed range change and ZF gearbox to afford the spindle with large output torque in low speed suitable for heavy cutting and constant power in high speed suitable for finish machining.
The spindle is supported by special bearings used for precision machine spindle to obtain good capability both for spindle stiffness and for rotary accuracy. It uses oil cooler (cycle system) to cool the spindle unit, as a result, temperature rising of spindle unit has been controlled effectively.
The heavy spindle group with high quality provides ultra-large torque output capacity.
