China Czechchosiovakia Machine Tool Co., Ltd. completed the serial product design for universal boring machines with frequency conversion motors.
  In order to increase sales income from oversea market, increase performance and reliability of boring machines, simplify machine structure, and reduce maintenance cost, China Czechchosiovakia Machine Tool Co., Ltd. are geared to the needs of market and to the needs of users, and the serial products of universal boring machines with frequency conversion motors are further improved.

   After a self-frequency conversion motor in place of a universal motor was first used for universal boring machine TPX6111C/3, not only a new variety is added to the serial products of universal boring machines but also they are well received as a result of cancelled feed change gear box, simplified headstock, and reduced failure rate, especially the demand on overseas market is great. It took only one month for the Technical Department of the Company to complete works on design for the new product. So far TPX6111C and TPX6111C/2 have been put into production.

   A frequency conversion motor is used for primary motion of horizontal boring machine TPX6111C to realize the speed range of main shaft between 8-1000r/min through two shift gears. Button setting can realize the main shaft’s rotate speed (stepless) and show a value of rotate speed; button setting can realize feed speed of each shaft (stepless) and show a value of rotate speed. TPX6111C and TPX6113B are combination machine tools, which are widely used in the energy, traffic, heavy and petrochemical industries. They are key equipment to process cabinet parts. TPX6111C/2, TPX6111C/3, and PX6113B/2 are combination machine tools to expand manufacturing part. They are provided with integrated lathe bed type of auxiliary guide rail, which increases transversal journey so that the platform moves on slide carriage of good rigidity in the case of transversal movement. The machine tool is of small distortion and good rigidity, being favorable to improvement in process precision.
