　　On March 27, Vice-governor, LIU Guoqiang visited CY Group Co., Ltd. in Yunnan, accompanied by President CHEN Huiren.

　　The group traveling together with Vice-governor LIU visited the Large Work Piece Workshop, Painting & Packing Workshop, Customary Packing Workshop, and Numerically-controlled Workshop of CY Group Co., Ltd. in Yunnan. The Company's leaders reported to Vice-governor LIU Guoqiang on the changes and achievements of CY Group after one year of its reorganization. He introduced the enterprise's developing planning and developing object during “the 15th Five-year Plan”.

　　 Vice-governor, LIU Guoqiang fully recognized the changes and achievements of CY Group as well as its advantages of technical research and development, marketing, human resources, operation and management after its reorganization. It was hoped that the enterprise would bring its comparative advantage into play, grasp the opportunity, expand exporting goods to earn foreign currency, and increase the enterprise's productive capacity and economic scale constantly.

　　 Vice-governor LIU Guoqiang pointed out that the production value created per person was not too high to complete RMB five hundred million of sales income this year in the capacity of CY Group. We should attach importance to improvement in developing capability, expand production scale, and expand domestic and overseas market shares to increase income per person on the basis of existing product structure. However it is only makeshift for an enterprise to develop instead of a long-term plan. Reasonable product structure needs to be formed to meet market demand and change. We should accelerate highly added value product development and production, develop numerically controlled machine tools of great market competitiveness and own features to meet user's requirements so that the enterprise will have more space to exist and develop.

　　 Vice-governor LIU Guoqiang hoped that CY Group should put forth effort to increase independently innovative capability, establish a technical research and development center of certain strength, grasp the opportunity that the nation put forward to greatly develop the equipment manufacturing industry, bring its own advantages into play, and set out its own developing clew and developing direction according to the strategic requirements of reorganization as an important part of the industry of machine tools in Yunnan. In combination with Shenyang Machine Tool Group's overall arrangement for products we should gradually realize specialized production, make great efforts to expand market share, be blended in the developing strategy of Shenyang Machine Tool Group, and realize rapid and good development through our own efforts. After the inspection Vice-governor LIU Guoqiang highly recognized the strategic result of Shenyang Machine Tool and congratulated CY Group beforehand on its getting better and better in the big family of Shenyang Machine Tool.
