 On Jan. 12 CHEN Huiren, President of the Group Company was invited to give a speech in the Lecture Hall of Awards for Chinese Industry. The persons in charge of Haier Group and the Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery also gave lectures in the meeting.
President CHEN Huiren introduced the development and change in Shenyang Machine Tool during “the 10th Five-year Plan” and pointed out that the change was a result of combined action taken by diversified variables both internal and external, of which technical innovation was a decisive one. He discussed about independently technical innovation in four aspects. At last President CHEN Huiren pointed out that independent innovation and developing the equipment manufacturing industry had gone up to national will in strategic degree, and Shenyang Machine Tool was in duty bound to closely combine their enterprise object with national strategy more consciously for the back of the national equipment manufacturing industry to be erected and the long-cherished wish for “creating a well-known brand in the world and establishing a globally famous company”to be realized.
