Jingcheng CNC Machine Tool Accessories Plant successfully developed bamboo hat type of pool of tools |

 In order to further expand market share, Jingcheng Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Accessories Plant completed the assembly of bamboo hat type of pool of tools after over 4-month arduous efforts. The pool of tools is characterized by the movement of principal part of the pool of tools feeding a tool and the speed reducer putting on the brakes driving tool change to the designated position. The pool of tools is used for small-sized vertical machining center and the number of tools is 16. It is of compactness in simple structure under simple control without a manipulator. At present there is no other domestic manufacturer that produces such pool of tools on a large scale. The pool of tools operates normally without any failure through cutting test. The Plant aims to reach 300 sets of productive capacity monthly by the end of this year. The cutting test is shown in the picture. |
