　　 Appropriate marketing strategy builds marketing groundwork

　　 High-speed milling center is an emergent novelty on the market in China. Aiming at the enterprise size and product features the Company paid attention to channel cultivation to build marketing system and selected more than 10 agents at high starting points throughout the country. Soon a distributing network came into being in Zhejiang, Sichuan, Jiangsu, and Shanxi.

　　 The developing course of Shenyang Feidiya Numerically-controlled Machine Company was also that of accumulation of talented persons. At the beginning of the Company's establishment, there were only 4 production personnel. Deputy General Manager, LIU Xiaochun paid great attention to attraction of talented persons and quality improvement in business operation. On the one hand high quality talented persons are recruited and on the other hand employee's quality is increasing. At present there are 29 employees in the Company, of which 5 of them have received postgraduate education, and the other have received higher education.

　　 Shenyang Feidiya Numerically-controlled Machine Company has done a lot of works for two years on technical improvement in two introduced sets, high-speed milling center D165 and high-speed milling center HS 664.

　　 High-speed milling center D165 was originally designed to be in welding steel structure, which went against movement of high-speed movable parts. The Company changed the welding bed into casting bed according to Chinese market demand so that the machine's stability was increased.

　　 The Company redesigned the foreside safeguard of high-speed milling center D165 in order to meet hoisting requirements of medium and small-sized enterprise. The original structure of superposed door and fixed beam was changed into current dimidiate door and upper opening so that it is convenient for work pieces to be loaded and unloaded.

　　 High-speed milling center HS664 was introduced in 2004. The Company domestically designed it during the past two years on the basis of absorbing the technology introduced. Among others the machine's dynamic parameter tunings and curvilinear features are sophisticated technique in the field of machines at home. A real high-speed machine must be provided with ideal dynamic response in addition to its guaranteed high geometric accuracy. They have mastered the technique basically through the platform of high-speed milling center HS664 and further improved D165 at the same time.

　　 They constantly made product improvement with their strength to meet market demand. Shenyang Feidiya Numerically-controlled Machine Company is gradually growing as an enterprise that became eminent in market competition.
