Shenyang Machine Tool Group was the largest participant in the grand exhibition with 2,000 square meters of exhibition area and 26 items on display at CCMT2006 that was going to be held in Shanghai. It set up a record of the machine tool enterprises in China, however it was 26 high-precision and high-level numerically controlled machines on display that let the employees of Shenyang Machine Tool be proud especially and attracted high attention of the same trade and clients instead of its exhibition scale. CCMT2006 was bright and glorified, decorated by the 26 elaborated, well known, and new machines that would surely touch client's mind with their unique rays of light just like 26 bright pearls.
The 26 items on display are all provided with independently intellectual property, giving prominence to such features as large size, high speed, high accuracy, high efficiency, being compound, and environmental protection. They fully showed the up-to-date result, up-to-date technology, and up-to-date brand obtained by Shenyang Machine Tool for years through diversified approaches that implemented independently technical innovation. The performances and indexes of 7 heavy duty, large-sized, and portal shaped machining centers, 6 five-shaft machining centers, and 5 high-speed machining centers at a speed of over 10,000 rpm among the 26 items on display are close to or reach the technical levels of globally advanced machine tools. Some of the indexes such as those of high-precision numerically-controlled wheel hub lathe that participated in the exhibition can realize mirror lathe turning and exceed those of its similar products of the present age internationally. They indicate the highest level of the industry of numerically-controlled machine tools in China.
The items on display were improved on product appearance, product performance, and product structure as compared with the previous; especially all of them have made material progress with many innovations in their product structure.
STC6380P wheel hub type high-precision numerically-controlled lathe is in high-precision main shaft and feeding system, and its lathe turning of aluminum wheel hub may reach Ra0.16μm in degree of finish and realize mirror lathe turning, exceeding its similar products internationally. Single chucking of lathe turning machining center HTC2550m can meet the requirements of multipurpose processing such as high-speed cutting a part of rotary body, one dimensional and two dimensional curved milling, drilling, and tapping. GTM320140 is vertical lathe turning and milling center of VERTIMASTER 1 series manufactured by SCHIESS. It is in portal shaped movement and beam over and under type structure. High power, wide speed adjustment, and double main shaft drive motor is used for main drive motor, and shaft C can automatically realize clearance removal through double main shaft drive motor in milling state. Large sized horizontal machining center HMC125f is in new type and facing head structure and realizes automatic unfastening and chucking tools. Bridge type of portal shaped and five-shaft linkage machining center GMC2580u realizes large span, large length of travel, and double motor drive with clearance removal along shaft X under synchronous control. Flexible manufacturing unit FMC80 is equipped with 6 automatic exchange trays and realizes unmanned process within 24 hours. Portal shaped and five-plane machining center GMC2040a with independently developed machine accessory head can realize automatic exchange, and single chucking can realize part manufacturing of multi working procedures at multi angles on multi curves. Five-shaft and high-speed cutting machining technology, movable beam and rectangular frame integrated design technique, and portal frame and double sided drivage technique are used for portal shaped and five-shaft machining center GMB2040m5x. Five-shaft lathe turning and milling compound machining center HTM80150sub can complete all working procedures such as lathe turning, milling, drilling, boring, and tapping of all kinds of engine crank shaft with “single chucking”; five-shaft lathe turning and milling compound machining center HTM40100 can realize “single chucking and complete process” of a part of rotary body in complicated shape, and it is fit for compound machine work. Both the five-shaft lathe turning and milling compound machining centers reach international level of the present age.
