Recently Shenyang Numerically-controlled Machine Tool was manufacturing a carrying roll production line of RMB 30 million or so for an enterprise in Shenyang so that domestically automatic complete set production line of carrying rolls would be at the advanced stage internationally and show uniquely overall advantages and capabilities in independently technical innovation of Shenyang Machine Tool Group.

　　 The number and batch of carrying rolls are the most in a belt conveyer. The techniques to process carrying rolls drop behind in China over a long period of time. Most of them are processed by use of single units of 1970s and 1980s. The labor strength is high and production efficiency low. The service performance of complete machine and user’s benefit from investment are badly influenced. The Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Co., Ltd. is intending to develop a production line of carrying rolls in order to meet international requirements according to “the 11th Five-year Plan” for economic development of the nation.

　　 During recent years the Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Co., Ltd. basically mastered the core technology of carrying roll production, design, and manufacturing through a great deal of market investigation both at home and abroad. There has been breakthrough progress in the production development.

　　 The Company implements a strategy of brand and social resources for joint development with scientific research institutes in order to furthest bring technological superiority into play so that achievements in scientific research will be transformed into productivity as soon as possible. The site of the carrying roll production line is located at a mining machinery company. CAS Shenyang Automation Research Institute provides technical association. It is estimated that it will be put into use in 2007. The carrying roll production line consists of two main lines and two subsidiary lines, including 16 numerically controlled units. The annual output planned will reach 400,000, which will create RMB six hundred and sixty million economic value for users.
