I. To set up and improve business information files in key industries
1. To be in control of communicating channels of business department responsible for demand for equipment
2. To establish a list of project information about enterprises in key industries; to be in control of client’s demand information, and to prepare a recommendation for product development in order to meet client’s demand of individualization.
3. In order to provide satisfactory products for clients the Marketing Department and the Department of Product Development make technical proposal well together.
4. To make further analysis of developing prospect for clients and lifecycle for clients on the principle of “paying attention to client valve for life”.
II. Lay emphasis on implementing key projects
1. Any contract, technical agreement, order cards, or relevant working contact sheet of key items should be accompanied with the word, “B”.
2. To review any contract for key items in time and work with departments concerned closely, and the cards should be rapidly implemented in all departments of production.
3. To prepare project management cards, which are mainly information form, visit and registration form, statistical table of contracts, and a list of bidding projects for business projects in key industries
III. Research, development and design. To set down five items of regulations centering on contract and design work before selling, and to emphasize on doing well work for technical service and production technique
IV. Guaranteed term of delivery. The requirements for systematic flow such as production technique, planned management, purchase, and external coordination in six aspects are put forward. It is prescribed that “Plan B”should be implemented strictly and expediently.
V. Quality assurance. It is required that there should be persons specially assigned for generalizing and arranging special specifications stated in technical agreements or under contract for contractual products according to“Plan B”. The rules in eight aspects have been set down to increase reliability of products under “Plan B”, seriously implement programming testing, and clear a fault in plant as soon as possible.
VI. Shipping
1. It is guaranteed that any equipment delivered to key clients is fully in accordance with contract requirements, and the rate of goods returned is zero.
2. To dispatch products stock, their external packing should be strictly inspected if there is any breakage, and check storage duration of the products.
VII. After-service
Ten items of service system are set down: to establish “shortcut and special channel”. The manager responsibility system is implemented to provide service one to one.

IX. Establish long-term, strategic, and cooperative relation with clients
They are good technical advisors of clients to closely cooperate and share resources.
X. Assurance of funds
