A few days ago Shenyang Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Co., Ltd. successfully signed two numerically-controlled lathe work centers exported to Europe. They seized the decisive opportunity again in the competition for similar high-grade products on international market, and thus the situation that such similar high-grade products were monopolized by overseas enterprises previously was ended. It showed the Company’s technical strength when it met the challenges of “indigenous international competition” and “internationalized domestic market.” The machine is designed for modularization, giving prominence to high rigidity, mighty cutting, and good precision retentivity of the machine so that it can also keep precision stability under long-term, heavy load, continuous heavy loading, and high speed cutting conditions. In the meanwhile the lathe bed can also add lower tool test and 2nd main shaft to expand machining scope of the machine. In order to expand international market the Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Company attached great importance to the product design, based itself upon independent innovation. They organized picked ones to design, aiming at advanced technology of numerically-controlled machine tools in the world. Lower tool rest and 2nd main shaft were added to the lathe bed to solve the problem of narrow scope of serial product process of the lathe work center, blended in overseas advanced technology. Accordingly the process scope of the machine was expanded so that the products ascended to a new step again. The product design was basically completed. All the technical documents and designs would be completed on March 30, and the products would be delivered to Turkey on June 30. They will show the elegant demeanor of high-precision of numerically-controlled machine tools of Shenyang Machine Tool internationally. |
