 After long-term investigation and preparation the Group Company cooperated with Oracle, the largest software company in the world at last in implementing ERP of the Industrial Park of Numerically-controlled Machine Tools. On Jan. 9, the training for standard functions of ERP began in the Group for duration of 20 days. ZHAO Lizhi, Vice-president of the Corporation made a speech on the ceremony of training commencement.
Vice-president ZHAO pointed out that the Industrial Park of Numerically-controlled Machine Tools under construction would realize two strategic objectives. At first it would be built into the largest modern manufacturing base in the world. Currently the hardware conditions in the industrial park already reached or even exceeded the anticipated; secondly it would be built into the most advanced digitalized factory at home, of which the most strategically meaningful project of ERP was the beginning of informatization items in the industrial park. It will be an unprecedented revolution in the production and organization systems of Shenyang Machine Tool. Therefore not only the learners should receive training but also should transfer knowledge to become excellent team members for ERP of Shenyang Machine Tool to be implemented. At last he concluded with “those who win themselves will win under the sun”to encourage everyone to get rid of all obstacles and win final victory.
It is reported that the training for ERP fell into standard functions and technical development. At first 41 learners from the Group Headquarters and all enterprises would participate in the training. After the training ERP would be formally started up during the middle ten days of Feb.
