 The machine tools for oil pipe process are listed as a development project of Shenyang Machine Tool Group during “the 11th Five-plan”. The Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Co., Ltd. is grasping the favorable opportunity to build the machine tools for oil pipe process into top-ranking brand at home at a high starting point, based upon large market demand at home. The high-efficiency numerically-controlled machines SUC8127a and SUC8128a developed by Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Co., Ltd. are blended with overseas core technology so that the high-efficiency numerically-controlled machines keep pace with the top level in the world and are far ahead at home. In order to meet the requirements of automation, high-efficiency, and recutting of oil pipeline process the auxiliary machinery is designed to add aligning feeding in advance so that it is in step with process. The auxiliary machinery can participate in programming in the case of changing partial diameter. At the same time automatic feeding and discharging can realize through the tipping mechanism. Three-coordinate and double-tool rest are used for cutting, and four tools cut simultaneously for the purpose of high efficiency. As compared with the similar products abroad, the numerically-controlled machines developed by the Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Co., Ltd. are provided with the advantages in five aspects as follows: I. Service: domestic service and maintenance personnel can arrive at site within the most short time, however they may be influenced by such formalities as letter of invitation, passport, and visa with regard to imported equipment. IV. Machine fittings: the imported parts beyond “the warrant period”are expensive, however the prices for homemade ones are reasonable, and it is convenient for communications without language or word obstruction. V. Term of delivery: homemade machines can be delivered 8 to 10 months ahead of imported ones so that users can obtain economic benefit in advance. Recently the Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Co., Ltd. signed 8 numerically-controlled machines for oil pipeline process in succession at home, which would create over RMB 25 million economic value.
