Stopping a gap in the field of crank shaft process, the Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Co., Ltd. successfully developed the crank shaft balanced machine
        In order to totally solve the problem of automobile engine crank shaft inertia balance at home so that the products of crank shaft will meet international standards Europe II and Europe III the Numerically-controlled Machine Tool Co., Ltd. successfully developed the crank shaft balanced machine. The product has stopped a gap in numerically-controlled machine tool production lines for complete sets of crank shafts at home so that the Chinese industry of crank shaft process will ascend to the advanced row in the world.

  The crank shaft balanced machine is to turn unbalanced correction and process equipment after checking the whole process of crank shaft. Its principle of process is to input technical parameters of crank shaft into the computer in the crank shaft balanced machine, measure the point of weight removal through automatic balanced measure, and complete process through automatic weight removal in the process system. The crank shaft unbalance after process of the crank shaft balanced weight removal machine is less than 30g.cm, which is quite more than previous unbalance 400~1000 g.cm so that kinematic accuracy of the crank shaft is increased. At present the design for principal machine of the crank shaft balanced machine is basically completed, and the product will be displayed soon.
