New member was added to the horizontal numerically-controlled machines of China Czechchosiovakia Machine Tool Co., Ltd.
        After over two months’ intense design the double-sided and horizontal machining center TH6513×2 developed by use of modularized design for great market competitiveness was completed by China Czechchosiovakia Machine Tool Co., Ltd.

   The machining center was designed for a user from Xuzhou, Jiangsu. Both its structure and technology absorbed overseas advanced technology, being fit for multiple working procedures such as double-sided milling, drilling, boring, tapping, milling end face, two-dimensional and three-dimensional curved surface of large-sized parts.

   The difficulties in designing the machine are the platform with 2000×6000mm of area and 6500mm in length of travel. The linear rolling guide pairs, speed reduction of an imported reducing unit, and the transmission of ballscrew are of stable movement, high-precision location, and large carrying capacity.

   Such large-sized pieces as lathe bed, slide carriage, upright post, and headstock are of high-strength and high-quality casting iron structure. They can bear high-speed cutting and heavy cutting. It is convenient for operation that an independent rising platform can be allocated to the principal machines on both sides respectively.
